Samuel Platkin, 91, of San Diego died Tuesday. He was born in New York City and was a dental technician.

Survivors include his wie, Shirley Platkin; daughters, Sally Koslow and Betsy Teutsch; son, Richard Platkin; and six grandchildren.

Services: noon today, El Camino Mortuary, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego.

Interment: El Camino Memorial Park.

Arrangements: Am Israel Mortuary.
